Application of Telemetry Technology in Pipeline Air Volume Measurement

除尘系统管网风量手工测试存在时间长、费人工、演算复杂、易产生误差等问题,通过应用无线遥测技术解决这些弊端。经试验证实:风量遥测测试结果符合技术规范,不仅可以满足实时风量检测的要求,而且可以实现对管网风量的在线监控和了解管网风量的分布情况,为环保、节能工作带来创新点。

This paper lays emphasis on replacing the traditional manual way in pipeline air volume measurement by telemetry technology. Based on the experiment results, most of the shortcomings of manual measurement such as long time consumption, high labor costs, calculus complication and deviation could be overcome. The experiment results also show that pipeline air volume measurement using telemetry technology not only meets technical specifications but also provides real-time data which contributes to on-line monitoring system.
