摘要 在汽车功能性配置逐渐丰富完善的大环境下,抬头显示(Head-Up Display, HUD)作为一项实用的新兴技术,各大汽车整车厂都争相将其规划到新车的配置中。为了实现HUD产品与车辆的顺利匹配,关键环节就是该产品配置车辆之后,需要进行产品性能的标定与检测。面向HUD产品性能的标定与检测系统设计,主要包括对HUD产品的视角、画面畸变、分辨率以及其他性能参数进行标定与测试;通过三轴伺服系统和四向微调云台的运用,控制工业相机实现规定位置和姿态的调控,从而模拟人眼所在的位置和视角进行HUD投影图像的采集,并反馈和校准HUD产品的各项性能参数。目前,所研发的HUD标定与检测系统已成功应用于多个汽车整车厂家,对把控HUD产品的出厂品质起到了良好的促进效果。 When the functional configuration of automobiles is gradually enriched and improved, the head-up display(HUD), as a practical emerging technology, are planned to be configured into new cars by major automobile manufacturers. In order to achieve the smooth matching of HUD products and vehicles, the key is that it needs to perform product performance calibration and testing after the product is equipped on vehicles. This paper focuses on the design of the calibration and test system for HUD product performance, mainly including the calibration and testing of the HUD product’s viewing angle, picture distortion, resolution and other performance parameters. A three-axis servo system and a four-way fine-tuning pan-tilt are used to control the industrial camera to realize the regulation of the specified position and posture, thereby simulating the position and viewing angle of the human eye to collect HUD projection images, and feedback and calibrate various performance parameters of the HUD product. At present, this HUD calibration and test system has been successfully applied to many automobile manufacturers, which has played a good role in controlling the factory quality of HUD products.
