摘要 该装置研究采用两台激光传感器通过对标准活塞压力计和被检活塞压力计的工作位置及状态进行采集,通过对采集数据进行分析显示,解决当前活塞工作位置测定困难、测定显示不直观以及测定不准确的问题,可以有效辨别两台活塞式压力计是否达到真正的微动态平衡,极大地提高了计量检定过程中数据的准确度和可靠性。 This device uses two laser sensors to collect the working position and state of the standard piston pressure gauge and the tested piston pressure gauge. Through the analysis and display of the collected data, problems of being difficult to measure the working position of the piston, non-intuitive display and inaccurate measurement are solved. It can effectively distinguish whether the two piston pressure gauges reach the real micro dynamic balance, and greatly improve the accuracy and reliability of the data in the measurement and verification process.
