Effective social governance in rural areas is an important link in the comprehensive realization of rural revitalization and the practical essence of promoting the strategic modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Rural social organizations are the organizational basis of rural democratic management,the important carrier of rural co-construction,co-governance and shared social governance pattern,and the core organizational unit of social governance activities.In rural social governance,rural social organizations play the roles of the link of rural social capital,the advocate of rural social policy,the promoter of social governance activities,and the evaluator of social governance effectiveness.At the same time,they are also faced with the difficulties of resources,localization,development,and role trust.Need"since","adjust measures to local conditions"and"they intend"uphold the concept of community governance,by enhancing the rural social governance resources integration ability,build embedded rural social governance ecology,promoting rural social organization reasonable layout,cultivating rural social worker team,build smart rural social organization and so on,all-round,wide areas,deeply open the localization path of modernization of Chinese rural social governance.
