2013年习近平总书记在湖南湘西考察时提出了"精准扶贫"以来,农村地区扶贫工作成了备受关注的话题领域,"产业扶贫""金融扶贫""旅游扶贫""精神扶贫"相继被提出,尤其是"精神贫困"成了近些年学界关注的重点研究领域。文章通过梳理农村精神贫困的基本内涵及形态,明确了农村精神贫困的时空普遍性、结构差异性、文化隐蔽性和城乡交融性特征及价值理性贫困和工具理性贫困两种基本表现形式,其成因是经济、政治和社会等外因与贫困群众自身的内因共同作用的结果。
