乡村振兴视角下农业现代化发展水平测度及路径选择——以甘肃省为例

Measurement and Path Selection of Agricultural Modernization Development Level from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization:Take Gansu Province as an Example

一直以来农业现代化问题就是国家关注的重要问题之一,乡村振兴战略提出以来农业现代化便被赋予了新的含义。根据乡村振兴战略的内涵,本文创新性地从农业生产体系现代化、农业经营体系现代化、农业产业体系现代化三个维度构建乡村振兴战略视角下农业现代化的测度评价体系,并以甘肃省这个农业大省为例进行测度分析。结果表明:乡村振兴战略下甘肃省农业现代化水平呈现波动上升趋势但发展缓慢,3个维度的演变过程各不相同。同时分析原因并给出农业现代化各个维度未来发展路径的选择。

Agricultural modernization has always been one of the important issues concerned by the state.Since the Rural Revitalization Strategy was put forward,agricultural modernization has been given a new meaning.This paper innovatively constructs the measurement and evaluation system of agricultural modernization from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy from the three dimensions of agricultural production system modernization,agricultural management system modernization and agricultural industry system modernization,taking Gansu Province as an example.The results show that:under the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the level of agricultural modernization in Gansu Province presents a fluctuating upward trend,but the development is slow,and the evolution process of the three dimensions is different.At the same time,the reasons are analyzed and the future development path choice of each dimension of agricultural modernization is given.
