我国70年农村减贫成就的三重因素探析

The Achievements of Poverty Reduction in Rural Areas during the Past 70 Years

新中国成立至今,我国农村减贫取得了举世瞩目的成就。探析我国减贫巨大成就的原因,主要在于三个方面:一是经济的高速增长,特别是农村经济发展,为减贫奠定了物质基础;二是扶贫模式的不断创新为不同时期减贫提供了有效治理方略,特别是精准扶贫的推出,对于推动新时代脱贫攻坚、全面建成小康社会发挥了极其重要的作用;三是中国特色社会主义制度优势,主要包括党的集中统一领导、集中力量办大事、以人民为中心以及社会主义市场经济制度优势为减贫提供了制度保障。

China’s rural poverty reduction has made remarkable achievements from the founding of the People’s Republic of China by now.There are three reasons for China’s great achievements in poverty reduction:first,the rapid economic growth,especially the development of rural economy,has laid a material foundation for poverty reduction;secondly,the continuous innovation of poverty alleviation model has provided effective governance strategies for poverty reduction in different periods,especially the introduction of targeted poverty alleviation,which has played an important role in promoting poverty alleviation in the new era and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way;Thirdly,the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,mainly including the party’s centralized and unified leadership,concentrated efforts to do big things,people-centered and the advantages of the socialist market economy system,provides institutional guarantee for poverty reduction.
