“三治融合”视角下乡村治理主体的系统定位与实践逻辑——基于陕西省富县“两说一联”的实证分析

The Systematic Position and Practical Logic of the Main Body of Rural Governance under the Perspective of“Three-rules Combination”:Based on the Empirical Analysis of an Effective Mechanism for Rural Governance in Fu County,Shaanxi Province

通过对乡村治理的成效透视发现,治理主体在推进及健全自治、法治、德治相融合的乡村治理体系重要性中占据高位。然而,由于缺乏对多元治理主体之间的定位与行为逻辑探讨使得主体功能的发挥在乡村治理的推进过程中逐渐内卷。基于此,通过对陕西省富县"两说一联"的实证分析,分别探讨自治的社会系统与自利逻辑、法治的司法系统与秩序逻辑以及德治的行政系统与维稳逻辑在乡村治理中的实现。

In the process of perfecting the rural governance system combining autonomy,rule of law and virtue,the main body of governance plays an important role in it.However,due to the lack of positioning and behavior logic discussion between the multi-governance subjects,the main function of the play in the process of rural governance gradually rolled inside.Based on this,through the empirical analysis of an effective mechanism for rural governance in Fuxian County,Shaanxi Province.This paper discusses the realization of autonomous social system and self-interest logic,judicial system and order logic of rule of law,and administrative system and stability logic of virtue in rural governance.
