Research on the Digital Village Construction in Hebei Province Under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

在乡村振兴战略背景下,立足河北省情农情,全面梳理数字乡村建设取得的进展、成效和存在问题,提炼典型做法,探索提出加强政策体系建设、构建多元建设主体协同模式、完善乡村信息基础设施、构建数字乡村大数据综合信息平台、加强要素保障服务等建设模式,以此实现农村、农业、农民的全面发展。

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,and based on the agricultural conditions of Hebei Province,this paper makes a comprehensive review of the progress,achievements and existing problems in the digital rural construction,refines typical practices,explores and puts forward the construction modes of strengthening the construction of policy system,building a multi-constructor concerted mode,improving rural information infrastructure,establishing a big-data comprehensive information platform of digital village,strengthening element guarantee service,etc.,so as to realize the all-round development of rural areas,agriculture and farmers.
