文旅融合视角下历史文化街区创新发展对策探析

An Exploratory Analysis of the Innovative Development Countermeasures of Historical and Cultural Blocks from the Perspective of Culture&Tourism Integration

国家“十四五”发展规划将全面推进文化和旅游融合发展作为发展重点之一,通过叠加优势实现文化与旅游的共生共赢。面对百年未有之大变局,我国的文旅发展正处于求新求变的战略窗口期,其中历史文化街区作为我国全面推进文旅融合的重要载体,在文旅开发过程中亟需不断激活新的价值,寻求转型痛点难点的破题之道。本文梳理了现阶段历史文化街区的主要价值功能与转型瓶颈,通过对苏州平江路和屯溪老街两个历史文化街区文旅融合过程中的开发经验的整合,发掘历史文化街区向文旅街区转型的共性经验和特性思考,由点及面从文化、管理、产品、环境四个方面提出历史文化街区在文旅融合过程中要打造精品文旅名片、释放原真文化价值、培育多元旅游业态、增强主客情感认同等创新发展策略与建议。

The national“14th Five Year Plan”takes comprehensively promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism as one of the development priorities to realize the symbiosis and win-win of culture and tourism through superposition of advantages.Facing the great changes that have not been seen in a century,China’s cultural tourism development is in the strategic window period of seeking innovation and change.As an important carrier of comprehensively promoting cultural tourism integration in China,historical and cultural blocks urgently need to constantly activate new values and seek solutions to the pain and difficulties of transformation in the process of cultural tourism development.This paper makes a review of the main value functions and transformation bottlenecks of historical and cultural blocks at the present stage,and explores the common experience and characteristic thinking of the transformation from historical and cultural blocks to cultural tourism blocks through the integration of the development experience in the process of culture and tourism integration of the two historical and cultural blocks,Pingjiang Road in Suzhou and Tunxi Old Street.From the four aspects of culture,management,products and environment-extending from a point to an area,this paper puts forward some innovative development tactics and suggestions,including building top-quality cultural tourism business cards,releasing the original cultural value,cultivating diversified tourism formats,and enhancing the emotional identification of subject and object.
