内曲线径向柱塞马达导轨曲线的优化设计

Optimized design of cam ring curve of cam lobe radial-piston motor

摘要 针对内曲线径向柱塞马达内部的冲击问题,提出了一种基于遗传算法的高阶导轨曲线优化设计方法.首先,在考虑惯性力及摩擦力的情况下,建立了导轨的最大接触应力数学模型,并以其最小值作为适应度函数,以无冲击、低脉动作为约束条件,利用遗传算法对曲线的系数进行求解.然后,以求解的10阶、11阶导轨曲线为例,对比分析了两者的曲线特性及轨道的反作用力、最大接触应力和马达的脉动率.通过分析对比可知:该设计方法所得到的曲线与常用的等加速导轨曲线相比更光滑、无冲击;与无冲击的修正心形线导轨曲线相比,马达脉动率更低.因此,该导轨曲线设计方法可为对冲击和噪声要求较高的内曲线径向柱塞马达的优化设计提供参考. Aiming at the impact problem of the cam lobe radial-piston motor,an optimized design method of high-order cam ring curve based on genetic algorithm was proposed.First,considering the inertia force and friction force,the mathematical model of the maximum contact stress of the cam was established.The minimum value of the maximum contact stress was taken as the fitness function.The constraints were no impact and low pulsation rate,and the coefficient of the curve was solved by the genetic algorithm.Then,in the case of 10 th and 11 th order cam ring curves,their curve characteristics,the reaction force of the cam ring,maximum contact stress,and pulsation rate of the motor were compared and analyzed.From the above comparison,it can be concluded that compared with the popular constant acceleration cam ring curve,the curve obtained by the proposed design method is smoother without impact,and compared with the modified heart-shaped curve without impact,the motor pulsation rate is lower.Therefore,the proposed design method of cam ring curve can provide a valuable reference for the optimized design of cam lobe radial-piston motors with demanding requirements for impact and noise.
