我国医疗体制改革日渐深入,如何提升医院后勤管理的信息化水平成为现代化医院亟待解决的难题之一。作为医院的保障部门,医院后勤的管理水平将对医院的建设发展以及服务质量起着举足轻重的作用。基于此,文章从医院后勤信息化管理的必要性出发,针对当前医院后勤信息化管理现状中存在的问题,从管理制度、人员队伍以及技术应用三方面提出医院后勤管理信息化建设的有效策略,从而全面优化医院管理流程,推动现代化医院的高质量发展。

The reform of my country's medical system is deepening.How to improve the informatization level of hospital logistics management has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in modern hospitals.As the hospital's security department,the hospital's logistics management level will play a pivotal role in the hospital's construction and development and service quality.Based on this,the article starts from the necessity of hospital logistics information management,and aims at the problems existing in the current status of hospital logistics information management,and proposes effective strategies for the construction of hospital logistics management information from the three aspects of management system,staff and technology application.So as to fully optimize the hospital management process and promote the high-quality development of modern hospitals.
