摘要
模拟运输大宗原料的火车车组进入目的地卸车区域的卸车实况,将车皮料种信息动态展示,当卸料车皮存在混料、空车时及时报警,以指导岗位工生产操作,卸车结束自动将原料归入对应库区统计。采用RFID技术识别车号,开发软件判断车组行驶方向,并通过MQTT服务器发布车号信息,再结合柳钢MES系统完整数据流实现目的。成功研发、应用系统,实现对烧结厂大宗原料进场全流程数字化自动跟踪。该系统投用后,能显著降低劳动强度,提升生产效率和管理水平,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Simulate the actual unloading situation of the train group transporting bulk raw materials entering the unloading area of the destination,dynamically display the material information of the car body,and give an alarm in time when there are mixed or empty cars in the unloading car body,so as to guide the production operation of the post workers.After unloading,the raw materials will be automatically classified into the corre-sponding reservoir area for statistics.RFID technology is used to identify the train car number,software is developed to judge the driving direction of the train group,and MQTT server is used to release the train car number information,and then combined with the complete data flow of Liuzhou Steel MES system to achieve the purpose.The system has been successfully developed and applied to realize the digital automatic tracking of the whole process of bulk raw materials entering the sintering plant.After the system is put into use,it can significantly reduce labor intensity,improve production efficiency and management level,and has good social and economic benefits.
