进料负荷对牛粪玉米秸秆混合厌氧发酵效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 探究不同进料负荷对牛粪玉米秸秆半连续厌氧发酵产甲烷效果和发酵系统稳定性的影响,优化日进料负荷参数,以提升物料产甲烷效率。采用10 L恒温搅拌发酵罐模拟沼气工程半连续式厌氧发酵,按1.85(T1)、1.58(T2)、1.37(T3)、1.21(T4)g/(L·d)4个负荷水平对挥发性固体质量比为1∶1的牛粪玉米秸秆混合物进行厌氧发酵试验。结果表明,T2处理产甲烷峰值出现的时间早于其他处理,峰值量最高;产甲烷总量随进料负荷的增加呈增大趋势,当进料负荷达到1.58 g/(L·d)时,产甲烷总量和挥发性有机质产甲烷量分别为59.16 L和0.115 L/g,且均不再显著增加;进料负荷对料液碱度、氨氮浓度变化影响较小,对挥发性脂肪酸浓度影响较大,T2处理较其他处理具有更好的挥发性脂肪酸浓度变化平衡性。在此研究条件下,1.58 g/(L·d)可以作为牛粪玉米秸秆混合厌氧发酵适宜的进料负荷。 In the study, the effects of different feed loads on biogas production and fermentation system stability of cattle manure and corn straw mixed anaerobic fermentation were investigated, and the daily feed loads parameters were optimized to improve the gas production efficiency of materials. The continuous feed in anaerobic fermentation of biogas engineering was simulated in the 10 L constant temperature fermentor with stirring device. The anaerobic fermentation of cattle manure and corn straw mixture with 1∶1 volatile solid mass ratio was conducted according to different feed loads(1.85(T1), 1.58(T2), 1.37(T3), 1.21(T4)g/(L·d)). The results showed that the peak of methane production in T2 treatment was earlier than other treatments, and the peak amount was the highest. The total methane production increased with the increase of feed loads. When the feed load reached 1.58 g/(L·d), the total methane production and volatile solid methane production were 59.16 L and 0.115 L/g, and both of them did not increase significantly. The feed loads had little effect on the change of alkalinity and ammonia nitrogen concentration, and had a great influence on the concentration of volatile fatty acids. T2 treatment had better balance of volatile fatty acid concentration than other treatments. Therefore, 1.58 g/(L·d)could be used as the suitable feed load for anaerobic fermentation of cow manure and corn straw under the conditions of this study.
