摘要 长链非编码RNA(lnc RNA)可作为调节因子在表观遗传修饰、转录水平以及转录后水平等多个层面控制基因的表达,广泛参与动物机体的X染色体沉默、基因组印记、细胞分化发育、肿瘤、免疫等生物过程,同时也在骨骼肌的增殖和分化过程起重要作用。随着RNA测序技术的不断发展,越来越多的畜禽骨骼肌发育相关lnc RNA被鉴定出,综述了牛、猪、羊、鸡骨骼肌发育相关lnc RNA的高通量测序及其功能研究进展,并进行了展望。 Long non-coding RNA(lnc RNA), as regulatory factors, could control gene expression at epigenetic modification,transcriptional level and post-transcriptional level, and was widely involved in X chromosome silencing, genomic imprinting, cell differentiation and development, tumor, immunity and other biological processes of animal body. It also played an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of skeletal muscle. With the continuous development of RNA sequencing technology, more and more lnc RNAs related to skeletal muscle development of livestock and poultry had been identified. This article reviewed the research progress on high-throughput sequencing and functional research of lnc RNAs related to skeletal muscle development in cattle, pigs, sheep and chicken.
