摘要 目的:系统分析及评价血必净注射液对心肺复苏术后患者生存率、器官功能、神经功能等方面的影响。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、重庆维普数据库(VIP)、中国临床试验注册中心、EMBASE,PUBMED,Cochrane图书馆等数据库,纳入血必净注射液治疗心肺复苏术后患者的随机对照试验,对所纳入的试验进行有效性、偏倚风险等方面的评价。结果:共纳入13项试验,结果提示血必净注射液能够降低心肺复苏术后惠者的死亡率、抑制炎症反应、改善器官功能等。但本系统评价所纳入的研究因对随机分组、盲法、脱落病例等情况未作具体报道,研究成果存在各种偏倚的可能。结论:基于目前所得的临床证据,本系统评价提示血必净注射液对心肺复苏术后患者有效,但所纳入的试验存在各种偏倚的可能,仍需设计严谨、报道充分的随机对照试验进一步提供更強的临床证据。 Objective: To systematically analyze and evaluate the effects of Xuebijing Injection on survival rate, organ function and nerve function of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: China Knowledge Network(CNKI), Wanfang database,Chongqing VIP database, China clinical trial registration center, EMBASE, PubMed, Cochrane Library and other databases were searched, and the randomized controlled trials of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation were included. The effectiveness and bias risk of the included trials were evaluated. Results: A total of 13 trials were included. The results showed that Xuebijing injection could reduce the mortality of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, inhibit inflammatory reaction and improve organ function. However, the studies included in this systematic evaluation did not make specific reports on random grouping, blind method and abscission cases, and the research results may have various biases. Conclusion: Based on the current clinical evidence, this systematic evaluation suggests that Xuebijing injection is effective for patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.However, the included trials have the possibility of various biases. It is still necessary to design rigorous and well reported randomized controlled trials to further provide stronger clinical evidence.
