成人高血压流行现状及可改变危险因素的研究进展

Research Progress on Epidemic Status and Modifiable Risk Factors of Adult Hypertension

高血压是全球重大的公共卫生问题,影响着全球约三分之一的成年人口。尽管关于高血压的药物治疗已经取得了很大进步,但它仍然是过早死亡的主要原因之一。而了解高血压流行概况及其可改变的发病危险因素,对于预防和控制高血压、降低高血压发病风险及高血压并发症所带来的危害具有重要意义。文章通过对成人高血压流行情况及其可改变影响因素做一综述,以期为高血压的防控提供理论依据。

Hypertension is a major public health problem in the world, affecting about one third of the world’s adult population.Although great progress has been made in the drug treatment of hypertension, it is still one of the main causes of premature death.Understanding the prevalence of hypertension and its changeable risk factors is of great significance to prevent and control hypertension,reduce the risk of hypertension and the harm caused by hypertension complications. This paper comprehensively expounds the prevalence of adult hypertension and its changeable influencing factors, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of hypertension.
