摘要
《劳动法》是为工商管理、工商企业管理开设的专业核心课。针对该课程开设以来在教学过程中存在的“痛点”,进行教学创新与教学设计,运用《劳动法》校级在线开发课程,重新设计教学大纲,重新规划线下教学内容,实行线上线下相结合的教学模式,在教学过程中突出学生的主体地位,以“知识点+问题+讨论+解答”的模式开展线下课堂教学,合理规划教学进度,运用线上课程的题库等资源进行作业的布置、测试,在线下实验课程中以“案例讨论+角色扮演+模拟谈判”的方式,使学生理论知识和实践技能都能得到培养,并提高教学质量。
Labor Law is a professional core course for major of business administration and business enterprise management.Aiming at the"pain points" existing in the teaching process since the opening of the course,carry out teaching innovation and teaching design,use the school level online development course of the labor law,redesign the syllabus,re-plan the offline teaching content,implement the teaching mode of combining online and offline,and highlight the dominant position of students in the teaching process,carry out offline classroom teaching in the mode of"knowledge point+problem+discussion+answer," reasonably plan the teaching progress,use the question bank and other resources of online courses to arrange and test homework,and use the mode of "case discussion+role play+simulated negotiation"in offline experimental courses to cultivate physiological knowledge and practical skills and improve the teaching quality.
