摘要
在应用型转型背景下,地方本科院校坚持人才需求导向、优化应用型人才培养体系、提高应用型人才培养质量具有重要的意义。文章以电子信息工程专业为例,从理论与实践、学生与教师、教学与竞赛、学校与企业等四个维度构建多维协同应用型人才培养模式,并对该模式的应用推广效果进行评价,为其他地方本科院校应用型人才培养提供思路借鉴。
Under the background of application-oriented transformation, it is of great significance for local undergraduate colleges to adhere to the talent demand orientation, optimize the application-oriented talent training system and improve the training quality of application-oriented talents. Taking the electronic information engineering major as an example, this paper constructs a multi-dimensional collaborative applied talent training model from four dimensions: theory and practice, students and teachers, teaching and competition, schools and enterprises, and evaluates the application and promotion effects of the model, so as to provides ideas and reference for the cultivation of applied talents in other local undergraduate colleges.
