摘要
课题组对薄壳类典型零件乒乓球结构进行了分析,介绍了薄壳体零件乒乓球表面雕刻的加工编程的具体步骤及夹具的设计方法,通过两种加工方法的对比,介绍了规则类薄壳体零件编程加工方法。实践结果表明,两种加工方法均能达到想要的加工效果,为后续同类零件加工提供了参考。
The research group analyzed the structure of table tennis ball,a typical part of thin shell,and introduced the specific steps and fixture design method of machining and programming for the surface carving of ping-pong ball of thin shell parts,and introduced the programming and machining method of regular thin shell parts through the comparison of two machining methods.The practical results show that the two processing methods can achieve the desired processing effect,which provides a reference for the subsequent processing of similar parts.
