摘要
基于充分的市场调研,课题组研究并设计了一款多功能一体化床柜,该床柜采用集中设计,巧妙地结合了床、衣柜、桌子等一系列的装置,使其与普通的床柜相比具有更大的使用优势。对现有的床柜进行分析,其中大多数为普通的床和柜的结合,价格昂贵且浪费室内空间。而多功能一体化床柜满足了人们对空间美观以及实用的需求。课题组通过调查发现,市场对于符合要求的床柜需求量大,更加能创造经济效益,对使用者以及创造者都有着良好的前景。加上多功能床柜整体采用新型材料,保护环境且拥有着优美的外观,更加吸引消费者的眼球。基于有限元分析软件solidworks对关键的位置进行有限元分析,分析结果表明,床柜中床的表面最大应力极限值为7.1×10^(3) N/m^(2),最大形变为1.71×10^(-3)mm,满足设计要求。
Based on sufficient market research,the research group studied and designed a multi-functional integrated bed cabinet.The bed cabinet adopts centralized design,cleverly combined with a series of devices such as bed,wardrobe and table,so that it has a greater use advantage compared with ordinary bed cabinets.Analysis of existing bed cabinets,most of which are the combination of ordinary bed and cabinet,expensive and waste of indoor space.And multi-functional integration bed ark,be based on pair of market and social investigation,accord with people to dimensional beautiful and practical demand more now.And discover through investigation,the market is big to the bed ark demand that accords with a requirement,can create economic benefit more,having good prospect to user and creator.Combined with the overall use of multi-functional bed cabinet new materials,environmental protection and has a beautiful appearance,more to attract the attention of consumers.Based on the finite element analysis software solidworks on the key position of the finite element analysis,analysis results show that the bed in the bed cabinet surface maximum stress limit is 7.1×10^(3) N/m^(2),the maximum deformation is 1.71×10^(-3) mm,meet the design requirements.
