摘要
基于科研团队绩效评价已有成果,把协同意愿纳入科研团队绩效评价体系,使用AHP层次分析法,构建包含2个二级指标和8个三级指标的协同创新科研团队绩效评价体系,以便对科研团队的协同创新能力进行数字化,并构建科研团队画像。最后选取华中科技大学某团队进行实验,构建的画像成功反映团队的协同创新能力。
Based on the existing results of scientific research team performance evaluation,this paper incorporates the collaborative willingness into the scientific research team performance evaluation system,and uses the AHP hierarchical analysis to build a collaborative innovation scientific research team performance evaluation system containing 2 secondary indicators and 8 tertiary indicators in order to digitize the collaborative innovation capability of the scientific research team and construct a scientific research team portrait.Finally,a team from Huazhong University of Science and Technology was selected for the experiment,and the constructed portrait successfully reflected the collaborative innovation capability of the team.
