我国高水平健美操运动员专项体能评价指标体系及其模型构建

China's High-level Aerobics Athletes Special Physical Fitness Evaluation Index System and Model Construction

通过专家访谈、问卷调查和实地测试等多种方法,以我国高水平健美操运动员为测试对象,经过指标初选、专家筛选和统计学优化,构建我国高水平健美操运动员专项体能评价指标体系。在指标赋值与数据处理的基础上,确定了各项评价指标的权重系数,并进一步构建了高水平健美操运动员专项体能指标一般与理想量值模型,为我国健美操运动员专项体能评价与训练、监控与选材提供理论与实践双向参考。

Through various methods such as expert interview,questionnaire survey and field test,high-level aerobics athletes in China were taken as the test objects,and through index selection,expert selection and statistical optimization,a special physical fitness evaluation system for high-level athletes was constructed.On the basis of index assignment and formula calculation,the weight coefficients of each evaluation index are determined,and the general and ideal value models of special fitness index of high-level athletes are further constructed,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the evaluation and training,monitoring and material selection of high-level athletes in China.
