复合天然提取物的防脱生发精华液功效测试与分析

Efficacy testing and analysis of anti-hair loss and regrowth serum containing compound natural extracts

目的探讨含有复合天然提取物的防脱生发精华液的防脱生发效果。方法对以天然提取物为主要成分的防脱生发精华液进行人体功效评价测试。测试时间为2020年5—7月,在我司功效测试志愿者库中选取30名受试者,平均年龄32岁,受试者症状包括明显可见的头发稀疏或自觉脱发严重。每天晚上在头部涂抹使用产品1次,共使用8周。比较使用产品前后头皮的角质层含水量、油脂含量、脱发数量以及主观评价结果。结果与测试前相比,使用产品8周后,头皮角质层水分含量提高6.62%,改善率为36.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);头皮油脂含量降低了20.58μg/cm^(2),油脂的改善率为27.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脱发数量减少了18根,脱发的改善率为56.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);93.3%受试者认为使用产品后脱发情况得到明显的改善,83.3%受试者额角区明显长出小绒毛,头顶部位头发变得厚实,96.6%受试者认为产品吸收快,温和无刺激。斑贴测试显示产品不会对人体产生不良反应。结论复合天然提取物的精华液能安全有效改善防脱生发的状态,具有较好的应用前景。

Objective To investigate the anti-hair loss and regrowth effect of anti-hair loss and regrowth essence containing compound natural extracts.Methods Human efficacy evaluation tests were conducted on the anti-hair loss and regrowth essence with natural extracts as the main composition.The test duration was from May to July 2020,and 30 subjects with an average age of 32 were selected from efficacy test volunteersof our company.The symptoms of the subjects included obvious visible hair thinning or self-perceived severe hair loss.These subjects were recommended to applythis anti-hair loss and regrowth essence to the head once a day at night for 8 weeks.The stratum corneum hydration and oil content of the scalp,the number of hair loss,and subjective evaluation results were compared before and after applying this product.Results Compared with the pre-test condition,after 8 weeks of applying this product,the stratum corneum hydration of the scalp increased by 6.62%,with an improvement rate of 36.10%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The oil content of the scalp decreased by 20.58μg/cm^(2),with an improvement rate of 27.39%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of hair loss decreased by 18,and the improvement rate of hair loss was 56.31%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).93.3%of the subjects revealed that the hair loss was significantly improved after applying this product,and 83.3%of the subjects foundobvious vellus hairs growth in the forehead corner area,with the hair in the crown area became thicker.Meanwhile,96.6%of the subjects revealed that this product could be absorbed quickly and was mild and nonirritating.The patch test showed that this product does not cause adverse reactions to the human body.Conclusion The essencecontaining compound natural extracts can safely and effectively improve the state of anti-hair loss and growth,and has a good application prospect.
