化疗对妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者阴道微环境影响的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 妇科恶性肿瘤主要包括宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌、外阴癌等,平衡的阴道微环境被认为可以防止阴道感染及癌变,女性阴道微环境是很复杂的微生态系统,癌变、侵入性操作、癌症治疗均可以影响阴道防御机制,导致阴道微生态失衡,目前关于阴道微生态和恶性肿瘤的关系尚未得出确切结论。妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后化疗可控制肿瘤转移,改善预后,但会破坏机体免疫功能,进一步加重阴道微生态失衡,因此对于妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者,密切关注其阴道微生态紊乱情况对预防及纠正化疗引起的阴道微生态失衡有重要意义。本研究将化疗对妇科恶性肿瘤患者阴道微环境的影响做一综述,旨在为预防妇科恶性肿瘤患者阴道微环境失衡提供参考依据。 Gynecological malignant tumors mainly include cervical cancer,endometrial cancer,ovarian cancer,vulvar cancer,etc.Balanced vaginal microenvironment is considered to prevent vaginal infection and canceration,while female vaginal microenvironment is a complex microecosystem.The cancerous lesions,invasive manipulations,and cancer treatments can affect vaginal defence mechanisms and lead to imbalances in vaginal microecology.At present,no definite conclusion has been drawn on the relationship between vaginal microecology and malignant tumors.Chemotherapy after radical operation of gynecological malignant tumor can control tumor metastasis and improve prognosis,but it will destroy the immune function of the body and further aggravate the imbalance of vaginal microecology.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay close attention to the disorder of vaginal microecology in patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy for preventing and correcting the imbalance of vaginal microecology caused by chemotherapy.In this study,the effects of chemotherapy on vaginal microenvironment of gynecologic malignant tumor patients were reviewed,aiming to provide reference for preventing vaginal microenvironment imbalance of patients with gynecologic maligna nt tumor.
