虚拟仿真实验在《分析化学》实验教学中的实践 被引量:6

摘要 目的提高学生对《分析化学》实验的理解和实验操作技能的掌握,增强学生的综合素质,改进教学效果,满足教育创新和发展的需要。方法结合河南医学高等专科学校《分析化学》实验条件的实际情况,对2018级和2019级药学专业《分析化学》实验的开展情况随机抽取样本,进行线下实验授课和线上虚拟仿真实验比较分析,评价指标以每次课程学生签到人数、实验预习情况、实验实际操作、实验报告的完成情况等几个指标为评价标准,各教学活动成绩的具体占比为:课程签到5%、实验预习情况20%、实验实际操作60%、实验报告15%,按照以上比例汇总学生总成绩,考核学生的学习情况,讨论了虚拟仿真在实际中的应用。结果利用虚拟仿真软件进行实验操作,2019级学生签到情况与2018级学生签到情况进行比较,2019级签到率100.00%,签到情况优于2018级学生的94.44%。2018级与2019级学生的实验预习报告优秀率相比差别不大,分别为18%和21%。2019级利用虚拟仿真实验操作与2018级药学专业学生实验操作情况相比,优秀率从2018年的74%上升到2019年的88%。2018级药学专业学生实验报告成绩优秀率为19%低于2019级药学专业学生实验报告成绩优秀率91%。2018级学生实验平均总成绩74分低于2019级学生实验平均总成绩95分。结论虚拟仿真技术的应用增强了学生对《分析化学》实验的理解,提高了学生学习兴趣,拓宽学生的视野,为学生创新思维的培养提供了新途径。虚拟仿真化学实验是分析化学实验教学的必要的有益补充。 Objective To improve students'understanding with the experiments of Analytical Chemistry and the mastery of experimental operation skills,enhance students'comprehensive quality,improve the teaching effect,and meet the needs of educational innovation and development.Methods In combination with the actual situation of the experimental conditions of Analytical Chemistry in He'nan Medical College,a group of random samples of the experimental situation of Analytical Chemistry carried out by the pharmacy majors from the grade 2018 and grade 2019 were selected to conduct a comparative analysis of offline experimental lectures and online virtual simulation experiments.The evaluation indexes such as the number of students signing in for each course,the experiment prestudy,the actual operation of the experiment,and the completion of the experiment report were taken as the evaluation criteria.The specific proportions of each teaching activity were 5%for course sign-in,20%for experiment pre-study,60%for actual operation of the experiment,and 15%for experiment report.The above proportions were adopted to summarize total scores of students and assess students'learning effectiveness.The application of virtual simulation in practice was discussed.Results The virtual simulation software was used in experiment operation.The sign-in rate of pharmacy students in grade 2019 was 100.00%,which was higher than 94.44%in grade 2018.There was little difference between the grade 2018 and grade 2019 students in the proportions of experiment pre-study,which were 18%and 21%,respectively.The excellent rate of experiment operation performance increased from 74%in 2018 to 88%in 2019.The excellent rate of experiment report performance was 19%in students in grade 2018 was lower than 91%in students in grade 2019.The average total experiment performance of students in grade 2018 was 74 was lower than that of students in grade 2019 was 95.Conclusion The application of virtual simulation technology enhances students'understanding with the experiments of Analytical Chemistry,improves their learning interests,broadens their horizons,and provides a new pathway for the cultivation of their innovative thinking.Chemistry experiments assisted by virtual simulation technology are necessary and useful supplements to the experimental teaching of analytical chemistry.
