摘要
目的探求开展诵读经典在中医人才培养中的重要作用。方法选取2019—2020学年,山东中医药大学2017级中医学八年制扁鹊班为诵读经典组,2017级中医学八年制1班、2班、3班为对照组。诵读经典组每周一至周六早上6:00~6:40为晨读时间,诵读《中医必背红宝书》《中医必背蓝宝书》,并阅读中医古籍,对照组不要求晨读,不要求阅读。以期末考试学业成绩与执业医师分阶段考试成绩评价教学效果。结果诵读经典组学业成绩与执业医师分阶段考试成绩均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。理论依据:诵读经典组与对照组同学均为学校统招学生,培养方案与其他八年制班级没有差异,两组学生的差距能较客观反映诵读经典的作用。结论诵读经典有助于学生掌握专业课知识,有助于培养临床思维,有利于中医人才培养,应予以坚持与推广。
Objective To explore the important role of reciting classics in the training of TCM talents.Methods In the 2019-2020 academic year,the TCM Bianque Class of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was selected as the classic recitation group,and the TCM Classes 1,2 and 3 were selected as the control group,who were junior students enrolled in 2017 and receiving eight-year medical education.The classic recitation group was required to recite Red Treasure Book of Traditional Chinese Medicine and The Blue Treasure Book of Traditional Chinese Medicine every Monday to Saturday from 6:00 to 6:40 in the morning and read ancient Chinese medicine books.The control group was not required to recite and read medical classics.The teaching effect was evaluated based on the academic performance of the final examination and the staged examination results of licensed physicians.Results The academic performance and the staged examination results of licensed physicians in the classic recitation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Theoretical basis:The students in the classic recitation group and the control group are all enrolled by the National Unified Recruitment Exam,whose training program shows no difference from other eight-year classes.The gap between the two groups of students can more objectively reflect the effects of classics recitation.Conclusion Recitation of classics helps students master professional knowledge,contributes to cultivating clinical thinking,and facilitates the cultivation of TCM talents,which should be ins isted and promoted.
