叙事护理对宫颈癌患者围术期心理状况及生存质量的影响

Effects of narrative nursing on perioperative psychological status and quality of life of cervical cancer patients

目的分析在宫颈癌患者围术期实施叙事护理对其心理状况以及生存质量的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年2月徐州妇幼保健院妇科病区收治的68例行手术治疗的宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规护理组与叙事护理组,每组各34例,常规护理组实施常规的围术期护理流程,叙事护理组实施常规的围术期护理流程+叙事护理,比较两组患者干预前后的心理状况以及生存质量。结果干预前,两组患者HAMD、HAMA评分及FACT-G总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,叙事护理组的HAMD、HAMA评分低于常规护理组,FACT-G总分高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌患者围术期实施叙事护理,在缓解患者不良情绪方面效果显著,可提升患者生存质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of narrative nursing on the psychological status and quality of life(QoL)of cervical cancer(CC)patients during the perioperative period.Methods A total of 68 CC patients admitted to the Gynecological Ward of Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the conventional nursing group and the narrative nursing group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The conventional nursing group received conventional perioperative nursing,while the narrative nursing group received conventional perioperative nursing+narrative nursing.The psychological status and QoL of patients before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and the total score of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General(FACT-G)(P>0.05).After the intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the narrative nursing group were lower than those of the conventional nursing group,while the total FACT-G score was higher than that of the conventional nursing group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The narrative nursing is effective to relieve the adverse emotions and improve the QoL of CC patients in the perioperative period.
