团体心理游戏治疗对精神分裂症患者康复的影响

Effect of group psychological game therapy on the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia

目的探究团体心理游戏治疗对精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法将2018年1月至2020年2月淄博市精神卫生中心住院部招募的精神分裂症患者156例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(78例)和对照组(78例),两组均给予利培酮治疗,研究组同时给予团体心理游戏治疗。在治疗前、后分别进行阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)的评估。观察指标为两组患者治疗前后PANSS中阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理得分和总分,SSPI中日常生活能力、动性和交往能力、社会性活动能力得分和总分。结果治疗后两组患者的PANSS阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理及总分评分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的PANSS阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理及总分评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组SSPI的日常生活能力、动性和交往能力、社会性活动能力及总分评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体游戏心理治疗可以有效地改善患者的精神症状,提高患者社会功能,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of group psychological game therapy on the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 156 patients with schizophrenia enrolled in the Inpatient Department of Zibo Mental Health Center from January 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into the study group(n=78)and the control group(n=78).Both groups were treated with risperidone,and the study group was also treated with group psychological game therapy.The Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)and the Scale of Social function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)were used for assessment before and after treatment,respectively.The observation indicators were the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathology as well as the total score in PANSS,and the scores of activity of daily living,motility and interpersonal competence and social activity ability as well as the total score in SSPI before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathology as well as the total score in PANSS in both groups were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathology as well as the total score in PANSS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of activity of daily living,motility and interpersonal competence and social activity ability as well as the total score in SSPI in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Group psychological game therapy can effectively improve the psychiatric symptoms and enhance the social functions of patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
