重症肺炎患儿机械通气治疗的临床疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨重症肺炎患儿机械通气治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1—12月北大医疗鲁中医院收治的重症肺炎患儿104例,随机分为两组,对照组(n=52)进行常规治疗,研究组(n=52)进行机械通气治疗。比较两组有效率、血气分析、各症状消失时间、住院时间。结果研究组有效率为92.31%、对照组有效率为84.62%,研究组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组SaO_(2)为(92.03±5.04)%、PaCO_(2)为(51.14±8.96)mmHg、PaO_(2)为(83.34±7.92)mmHg,对照组SaO_(2)为(77.03±8.03)%、PaCO_(2)为(54.27±9.52)mmHg、PaO_(2)为(73.24±7.21)mmHg,研究组血气分析结果高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肺部啰音消失时间为(4.22±0.85)d、心率恢复正常时间为(3.22±0.43)d、气促、呼吸困难缓解时间为(0.95±0.22)d、住院时间为(5.85±0.71)d,对照组部啰音消失时间为(6.13±1.14)d、心率恢复正常时间为(5.85±1.61)d、气促、呼吸困难缓解时间为(1.94±0.31)d、住院时间为(7.43±1.11)d,研究组各症状消失时间早于对照组(P<0.05),研究组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎患儿治疗中,机械通气治疗效果显著,可以对患者的症状进行有效缓解,改善血气情况,因此值得临床使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mechanical ventilation in children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 104 children with severe pneumonia admitted to and treated in PKU Care Luzhong Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=52)was treated with conventional therapy,while the study group(n=52)was treated with mechanical ventilation therapy.The effective rate,blood gas analysis,disappearance time of symptoms and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 92.31%,which was higher than 84.62%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SaO_(2),PaCO_(2) and PaO_(2) in the study group were(92.03±5.04)%,(51.14±8.96)mmHg and(83.34±7.92)mmHg,respectively,which were higher than(77.03±8.03)%,(54.27±9.52)mmHg and(73.24±7.21)mmHg in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pulmonary rales(4.22±0.85)days,the time for heart rate return to normal(3.22±0.43)days,the relief time for shortness of breath and dyspnea(0.95±0.22)days in the study group were earlier than(6.13±1.14)days,(5.85±1.61)days,(1.94±0.31)days those in the control group,respectively(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time(5.85±0.71)days was shorter than(7.43±1.11)days that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with severe pneumonia,the therapeutic efficacy of mechanical ventilation is remarkable,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients and improve the blood gas condition.Therefore,it is worthy of cli nical application.
