摘要
本试验以黄瓜为试材,研究不同红光和远红光比例(R/FR=7和0.7)对盐胁迫(80 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl)下黄瓜幼苗生长和光合特性的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫下黄瓜叶面积、全株干重、Pn、Fv/Fm、叶绿素a+b、可溶性糖和淀粉含量显著降低,低R/FR处理则能显著缓解盐胁迫伤害,使黄瓜株高、茎粗和叶面积显著增加,叶片Fv/Fm、Ci、叶绿素a+b含量、可溶性糖和淀粉含量显著提高。可见,当红光与远红光比例为0.7时能够有效缓解盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生长和光合特性的抑制作用,提高植株耐盐性。
This experiment used cucumber as test material to study the effects of different red light to farred light ratios(R/FR=7 and 0.7)on growth and photosynthetic characteristics of cucumber seedlings under salt stress(80 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl).The results showed that salt stress significantly reduced leaf area,whole plant dry weight,Pn,Fv/Fm,chlorophyll a+b,soluble sugar and starch contents in cucumber seedlings.However,additional low R/FR(0.7)treatment could alleviate the salt stress injury,significantly increase plant height,stem diameter and leaf area,Fv/Fm,Ci,chlorophyll a+b,soluble sugar and starch contents.In all,low R/FR(0.7)effectively alleviated the adverse effects of salt stress on growth and photosynthetic characteristics of cucumber seedlings and improved salt tolerance of cucumber plants.
