政府补贴引导河南产业结构优化升级的路径研究

RESEARCH ON THE MICRO PATH OF INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE OPTIMIZATION AND UPGRADING GUIDED BY GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES IN HENAN PROVINCE

政府补贴是政府实施产业振兴政策的重要手段,在提高企业竞争力,形成符合创新发展要求的产业链结构,推动产业转型发展等方面发挥了重要作用。政府补贴已经成为河南省产业结构优化升级的重要动力。本论从微观层面探究政府补贴引导产业结构优化升级的作用机理,通过“激励企业技术创新、激发企业实施产品创新、引导企业创新商业模式”等路径,探究政府补贴引导河南产业结构优化升级的基本效应并分析存在的问题。

Government subsidy is an essential means for the government to implement the industrial revitalization policy,which plays a vital role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises,forming an industrial chain structure that meets the requirements of innovation and development,and promoting industrial transformation and growth.Government subsidies have become an important driving force for optimizing and upgrading industrial structure in Henan Province.This paper explores the mechanism of government subsidies guiding the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure from the micro-level,and explores the direct effects of government subsidies driving the optimization and upgrading of Henan’s industrial structure and analyzes the existing problems through the paths of“encouraging technological innovation,stimulating enterprises to implement product innovation,and guiding enterprises to innovate business models.”
