摘要
为明确学科竞赛中付出-回报失衡对学习倦怠的作用机制,本研究构建了一个有调节的中介模型,重点考察了心理资本在二者关系中的中介作用以及教师支持的调节作用。结果显示:(1)在控制性别、年级和专业后,学科竞赛中付出-回报失衡能够正向预测学习倦怠程度;(2)在学科竞赛中付出-回报失衡对学习倦怠的预测中,心理资本发挥了中介作用;(3)学科竞赛中付出-回报失衡对学习倦怠的直接预测作用及心理资本在二者关系中的中介作用均会受到教师支持的调节。
In order to give an interpretation for the associations and complex mechanisms between effort-reward imbalance of subject competition and learning burnout,the study constructed a moderated mediation model to examine the effects of effort-reward imbalance of subject competition,psychological capital and teachers support on learning burnout and the underlying mechanism.The results showed that:(1)After controlling for age,grade,major,the effort-reward imbalance of subject competition has a positive direct effect on college students’learning burnout.(2)The positive association between the effort-reward imbalance of subject competition and college students’learning burnout was mediated by psychological capital.(3)The mediating effect of psychological capital and the association between the effort-reward imbalance of subject competition and college students’learning burnout was moderated by teachers support.
