基于数字孪生的配电开关柜温度传感器数据可靠性研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着电力系统的发展,配电网的供电可靠性的要求日益提高。配电开关柜作为控制、保护的重要电力设备,在运行过程中过热状态可能导致火灾爆炸等安全问题,严重影响供电可靠性。通过温度状态监测,可以有效判断开关柜的温度状态,对于异常状态提前预知。温度状态监测的可靠性需要依靠温度传感器的性能以及安装布置的合理性。因此,本文采用多物理场耦合有限元模型,对开关柜内部的温度场分布进行仿真,研究配电开关柜的运行状态下温度分布,根据仿真结合工程实践得出温度传感器热点位置,对传感器测量数据进行准确性判断,根据传感器数据对数字孪生模型进行修正。对低压开关柜中传感器不同封装方式进行仿真,得出不同封装方式对温度测量精度的影响,提出一种适用于配电开关柜的传感器封装方式,对布置在梅花触头封装中的温度传感器进行了改进,改进后的温度传感器封装对数据可靠性和工作寿命有一定的提高。 With the development of power system,the reliability of power supply of distribution network is increasingly required.Power distribution switchgear is an important power equipment with control and protection functions.Overheat during operation may lead to safety problems such as fire and explosion,which seriously affects the reliability of power supply.Through temperature state monitoring,the temperature state of the switchgear can be effectively judged,and the abnormal state can be predicted in advance.The reliability of temperature monitoring depends on the performance of temperature sensor and the rationality of installation and layout.Therefore,this paper first adopts the multi-physical coupling finite element model to simulate the temperature field distribution inside the switchgear,and studies the temperature distribution under the operating state of the distribution switchgear.according to the simulation and engineering practice,the hot spot position of the temperature sensor is obtained,the accuracy of the sensor measurement data is judged,and the digital twin model is modified.The influence of different packaging methods on temperature measurement accuracy is obtained by simulating different packaging methods of sensors in low-voltage switchgear,and a packaging method of sensors suitable for distribution switchgear is proposed,the temperature sensor arranged in the package of plum-blossom contact is improved,and the data reliability and working life of the improved package of temperature sensor are improved.
