摘要
文中介绍太阳能电池片扩散原理以及PN结的制作过程,通过控制硅片在扩散中相应步骤的工艺时间以及扩散温度,得到不同结深、不同方块电阻和不同均匀性的电池片。进行实验比较不同大小的方块电阻对太阳能电池片效率的影响,进而对工艺进行改进。
This paper introduces the principle of solar cell diffusion and the manufacturing process of PN junction.By controlling the process time and diffusion temperature of the corresponding steps in the diffusion of silicon wafers,the cells with different junction depth,different square resistance and different uniformity are obtained.Experiments were performed to compare the effect of square resistors of different sizes on the efficiency of solar cells,and then the process was improved.
