临床医学生早接触临床见习模式的探讨

Research on the Model of Clinical Noviciate of Early Clinic Contact in Medical Education

目的探索适合低年级医学生的早接触临床见习模式。方法通过调查问卷,对中南大学湘雅医学院2018级本科学生635名进行研究。结果早期接触临床见习应包括的具体内容主要与医生基本工作有关;时间安排上学生认为观摩时间在20~30分钟较为合适,技能培训时间需50~100分钟;早期接触临床见习有利于医学生对临床工作的认识,但对临床思维的培养还有待提高。结论对医学本科生开展早期接触临床见习很有必要,建立适合低年级医学生的早接触临床见习模式势在必行。

Objective To explore the model of clinical noviciate in early clinic contact to fit junior medical student.Methods A total of 635 medical school students in Central South University were investigated through questionnaire.Results The content of clinical noviciate of early clinic contact is mainly related to medical work;20~30 minutes of clinic observation and 50~100 minutes skill training are suitable;clinical noviciate in early clinic contact is beneficial to learn about clinical work,but needs to improve clinic thinking.Conclusion It’s necessary to carry out clinical noviciate of early clinic contact for medical undergraduate.To set up the model of clinical noviciate in early clinic contact to fit junior medical student is imperative.
