影像征象病例库在放射医师住培实践中的应用

Application of Imaging Characteristics-Based Database in Standardized Training of Radiological Residents

目的评价以影像征象为分类索引基础构建的随访病例库在住院医师规范化培训教学实践中的应用价值。方法以2017-2019级共计21位上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院放射专业住院规范化培训医师为研究对象,先后开放新病例库的病理结果及影像征象检索模块,并在住培医师利用病例库的不同检索模块自学2周后分别进行病例诊断测试,比较分析前后两次测试成绩,并通过问卷调查了解住培医师对新病例库的使用体验。结果对比仅开放病例库的病理结果检索功能,住培医师在利用影像征象结合病例结果的检索方式自学后病例诊断测试成绩提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调研显示21位住培医师一致认可新病例库基于影像征象检索方式的优点。结论在影像住院医师规范化培训教学过程中应用以影像征象为分类索引基础的随访病例库有助于梳理、培养住培医师的影像诊断思路。

Objective To evaluate the value of the follow-up case database based on imaging characteristics in the practice of standardized training of radiological residents.Methods 21 standardized training residents of Renji Hospital from 2017 to 2019 were selected as the research objects.The pathology retrieval module and imaging characteristics retrieval module of the new database were opened successively,and the residents were tested for case diagnosis after two weeks of self-study by using different retrieval modules of the new database.The results of the two tests were compared and analyzed,and the experience of using the new database was investigated through questionnaire survey.Results Compared with the pathological result retrieval function of only opening the case database,the resident training doctors improved their case diagnosis test scores after self-study by using the retrieval method of image signs combined with case results(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that 21 resident physicians unanimously recognized the advantages of image-based retrieval in the new case database.Conclusion The application of follow-up case database based on imaging characteristics in standardized training is helpful to sort out and cultivate the image diagnosis ideas of residents.
