过量煤粉对煤炭生物制甲烷的抑制作用 被引量:3

摘要 以河南义马煤样为底物,以实验室保存的煤层气井排采水为菌源,在无机盐培养基培养条件下进行了煤生物成气模拟及转接实验。结果表明:过量煤粉在成气过程中会产生对产甲烷有抑制作用的物质。煤粉用量的梯度实验证实,氢气是生物甲烷生成过程中的重要限制因素,产甲烷过程呈现CO_(2)还原途径特征。煤粉过量(100 mL发酵液中加入12.5 g煤粉)时显示出明显的产甲烷抑制作用,增加煤粉量并未提高产气效率。煤中甲醇萃取物产甲烷实验证明,过量的煤粉产生的抑制物的质荷比为130.1,分子式可能为C_(6)H_(11)NO_(2)。 Experiments on the biogenic methane generation from coal were carried out in the minimal medium with coal from Yima in Henan province as the substrates and the microbial communities in the CBM well water as the bacteria source.The results show that the excess pulverized coal will produce substances that inhibit the methane production during the process of the gas formation.The results of the gradient experiments on the coal consumption suggeste that hydrogen is an important limiting factor in the production of the biomethane.And the process of the methanogenesis presented the characteristics of CO_(2)-reduction.Excess pulverized coal(add 12.5 g pulverized coal to 100 mL fermented liquid)shows obvious inhibition effect of the methanogenesis.Increasing the amount of coal used as substrates do not improve gas production efficiency.The experiment of the methanol extract of coal exhibits that the mass charge ratio of the inhibitor derived from coal is 130.1,and the formula of the inhibitor could be C_(6)H_(11)NO_(2).
