摘要
基于铸件浮动打磨技术,针对现有理论和工具无法对打磨过程进行有效的计算分析问题,提出相应的CAE计算软件开发方案。采用微观到宏观的研究方法,研究铸件浮动打磨机理,推导出铸件浮动打磨打磨力积分计算通用公式。采用离散思想把三维打磨曲面离散为有限个平面单元,在单元上施加力学控制方程,用相应的计算程序求出数值结果。通过VB软件进行编程,开发出的CAE软件可进行相关打磨力计算且实现应力可视化,为铸件浮动打磨相关的设计、工艺、调试提供计算支撑。
Based on the floating grinding technology of castings,and aiming at the problem that the existing theories and tools can not effectively calculate and analyze the grinding process,the corresponding CAE calculation software development scheme is proposed.The floating grinding mechanism of castings is studied by using micro to macro research methods,and the general formula for calculating the grinding force integral of floating grinding of castings is deduced.Using the idea of discretization,the three-dimensional polished surface is discretized into finite plane elements,the mechanical control equation is applied to the elements,and the numerical results are obtained by the corresponding calculation program.By programming with VB software,the developed CAE software can calculate the grinding force and realize stress visualization,which provides calculation support for the design,process and commissioning of floating grinding of castings.
