Analysis and Application of Tightening Torque of Oil Pump Screws in Automatic Transmission

自动变速器油泵自身的装配及在变速器中的安装都需通过螺钉、螺栓等螺纹紧固件实现,其中,螺钉的拧紧力矩会对油泵的性能产生重要影响,针对油泵自身装配时螺钉的拧紧力矩展开研究。通过计算,确定螺钉连接需要的拧紧力矩,再选择合适的方法进行拧紧,同时对拧紧力矩进行检测,最终为油泵生产中螺钉的应用提供重要依据。

The assembly of the automatic transmission oil pump itself and installation in the transmission need to be realized by the threaded fasteners such as screws,bolts,etc.,among which,the tightening torque of screw will have an important impact on the performance of the oil pump;in this paper,the tightening torque of the screw during assembly of the oil pump itself is studied. Through calculation,the tightening torque needed for screw connection is determined,and then the appropriate method is selected for tightening. Meanwhile,the tightening torque is detected,which provides an important basis for the application of screws in oil pump production.
