摘要
杏肉杏核分离机是一种实现杏肉杏核分离的农用机电设备。提出杏肉杏核分离机设计方案,重点介绍机械系统部分构成及原理。机械系统主要包括拨杏机构、正位机构、压杏机构和振动分离机构;电气控制系统由继电器实现控制功能。通过三维仿真建模验证了该杏肉杏核分离机可以完整分离杏肉杏核,保证杏肉的完整性。
The apricot pulp and apricot kernel separator is a kind of agricultural electromechanical equipment that realizes the separation of apricot pulp and apricot kernels. In this paper,a design plan for apricot kernel separator is proposed,with emphasis on the composition and principle of the mechanical system. The mechanical system mainly includes the apricot setting mechanism,the positioning mechanism,the pressing mechanism and the vibration separation mechanism;the electrical control system is controlled by a relay. Through three-dimensional simulation modeling,it is verified that the apricot kernel separator can completely separate the apricot kernels and ensure the integrity of the apricot kernels.
