卫星装配用激光跟踪仪支撑架转换接头设计

摘要 针对传统的跟踪仪无法有效拾取较高位置或较低位置空间目标的现状,提出一种激光跟踪仪精测支撑架转换接头工装设计方案。该工装连接跟踪仪测量头与经纬仪支撑架,由挡板、转换接头主承力件、螺旋式对接环组成。其中主承力件上端与激光跟踪仪相连接,下端与经纬仪支撑架相连接,可实现通用化。因经纬仪支撑架可在高度30~400 cm的范围内调节,使得跟踪仪在高度范围拓展了测试空间。这一工装降低了传统方法中在架梯放置经纬仪带来的测试误差,有效地解决了测量目标在1 m以下2 m以上高度范围的精测难题。成果在保障测量可靠性与实验安全性的前提下,用较低的成本提高了生产作业效率,具有一定的过程推广价值。 Aiming at the current situation that traditional trackers cannot effectively pick up space targets at higher or lower positions,a tooling design scheme for the precision measurement of the support frame conversion joint of the laser tracker is proposed in this paper. The tool is connected to the tracker measuring head and the theodolite support frame,and it consists of baffle plate,the main bearing part of conversion joint,and a spiral butt ring. The upper end of the main bearing part is connected with the laser tracker,and the lower end is connected with the theodolite support frame,which can be realized and universalized. Because the theodolite support frame can be adjusted in the range of 30 cm-400 cm in height,the tracker expands the test space in the height range. This tooling reduces the test error caused by placing the theodolite on ladder in traditional method,and effectively solves the problem of precise measurement of the measurement target in the height range of 1 m to 2 m.Under the premise of ensuring the reliability of measurement and the safety of experiments,the results of this paper have improved the efficiency of production operations at a lower cost,and have a certain process promotion value.
