基于有限元法的轮边齿轮箱破裂分析及改进

摘要 某全地形车在进行可靠性试验时出现轮边齿轮箱破裂,应用有限元软件对轮边齿轮箱进行强度计算,模拟结果显示,极限负荷工况下齿轮箱强度不足是箱体发生破裂的原因。通过对改进方案的对比分析,提出两条可提高箱体强度的改进意见,最终的改进方案通过了实车可靠性试验验证。 The wheel-edge gearbox is broken during the reliability trial of an all-terrain vehicle,and strength of the gearbox is calculated by using the finite element method;the result shows that lack of gearbox strength under the extreme load condition is the cause of box breakage. Through comparing and analyzing the improvement measures,two methods to improve the strength of the gearbox are listed,and the final improvement scheme is verified through the reliability trial.
