摘要
针对轨道车辆车下小质量设备悬臂式安装结构易产生疲劳裂纹问题展开研究,分别基于EN12663标准与IEC61373标准,采用有限元方法针对某钢车体车下悬臂式吊装设备安装结构进行静强度与疲劳强度分析,确定该结构的疲劳薄弱位置。依据计算结果进行结构改进,使其最终满足标准要求,为提高类似安装结构的抗疲劳性能提供了参考。
The fatigue cracking problems in cantilever mounting structure of the rail vehicle small quality equipment are researched in this paper. Based on the EN12663 standard and IEC61373 standard,the finite element method is applied to analyze the static strength and fatigue strength of the installation structure in cantilever lifting equipment of a steel car body;and the fatigue weak position of this structure is confirmed. Finally,based on the calculation results,the structure is improved to meet the standard requirements so as to provide reference for improving the fatigue performance of the similar installation structure.
