摘要
针对目前水轮机部件加工时的找正工序耗费时间长问题,分析主要原因,提出改进办法,基于提高找正工作效率,推荐使用激光测距仪进行找正测量。重点阐述了激光测距仪用于机械加工找正测量的施工方法以及对水轮机大型部件底环的找正方法的改进,为激光测距仪找正应用提供相关的借鉴参考。
In view of the long-time consuming problem of the current alignment process in the processing of hydraulic turbine components,the main reasons are analyzed in this paper,and the improvement methods are proposed. Based on the improvement of the alignment efficiency,it is recommended to use the laser rangefinder for alignment measurement. The laser rangefinder used in the alignment measurement of mechanical processing and the improvement of the alignment method of the bottom ring of the large part of the hydraulic turbine are elaborated,which would provide relevant reference for the alignment application of the laser rangefinder.
