摘要
为提高掘进机的使用寿命,以EBZ40回转平台支撑油缸为例分析液压油缸应力分布情况。首先,基于EBZ40型掘进机工程图纸建立液压油缸的有限元计算模型,初步拟定液压油缸两种极端的载荷工况。分析得到液压油缸在两种工况载荷作用下,最大应力值为166.1 MPa,最大应力远小于材料的屈服强度,但液压油缸局部存在应力集中的区域。为提高液压油缸的可靠性,提出了两条工艺性改进意见,该研究对提高掘进机使用性能具有参考意义。
In order to improve the service life of roadheader,stress distribution of the hydraulic cylinder was analyzed by taking the EBZ40 rotary platform support cylinder as an example.Firstly,based on the engineering drawings of EBZ40 roadheader,the finite element calculation model of hydraulic cylinder is established,and two extreme load cases of hydraulic cylinder are preliminarily determined.The results show that the maximum stress of the hydraulic cylinder under two working conditions is 166.1MPa,which is far less than the yield strength of the material;yet there is stress concentration in local area of the hydraulic cylinder.In order to improve the reliability of hydraulic cylinder,two technological improvement suggestions are then put forward.The research has great reference significance for improving the performance of roadheader.
