摘要
驱动链轮是刮板输送机中容易出现故障问题的结构件之一。利用Solid Works和ANSYS软件建立了驱动链轮的受力分析模型。分析结果发现,驱动链轮的应力和变形主要集中在一个链齿上,最大应力值达到了244 MPa,超过了链轮加工材料的抗拉极限。以驱动链轮4个结构参数为优化目目标,利用ANSYS软件开展优化改进工作,将优化改进后的驱动链轮应用到工程实践中,对应结构件的故障率有了明显降低,经济效益显著。
The drive sprocket is one of the structural parts prone to failure in the scraper conveyor. In this paper,the force analysis model of the drive sprocket was established by using the Solid Works and ANSYS software. It was found that the stress and deformation of the drive sprocket are mainly concentrated on one sprocket,and the maximum stress value reached244 MPa,which exceeded the tensile limit of the sprocket processing material. Taking the four structural parameters of the drive sprocket as the optimization objective,the ANSYS software is used to carry out optimization and improvement work;and then the optimized and improved drive sprocket is applied to the engineering practice,the failure rate of the corresponding structural parts has been significantly reduced,and the economic benefits are significant.
