摘要
推进水产养殖业绿色发展是中国现阶段渔业产业发展的重要任务。明确水产养殖业绿色发展内涵,探讨各地区水产养殖业绿色发展水平及其影响因素,对于推动该产业的绿色发展具有重要意义。论文以海水养殖业为例,在构建绿色指数及绿色发展指数的基础上,结合2011—2018年沿海10省份数据,运用超效率非径向DEA模型等方法对其绿色发展水平进行测度。结果表明:中国海水养殖业绿色发展整体处于中等水平,并呈现出环渤海地区相对领先,东部及南部沿海地区相对落后的分布格局。进一步采用聚类分析法将沿海10省份海水养殖业绿色发展水平划分为四个等级,在分析不同等级地区优劣势的基础上,提出因地制宜的措施,以期推进中国海水养殖业绿色发展。
Promoting the green development of aquaculture is an important task for the development of China’s fishery and aquaculture at the present.It is of great significance for promoting the green development of aquaculture to make clear its connotation and discuss its development level in various regions and its influencing factors.Based on the construction of green index and green development index,and combined with the data of 10 coastal provinces and cities from 2011 to 2018,this paper,taking mariculture as an example,adopts Super Slacks based measure and other methods to estimate its green development level.The results showed that the green development of mariculture was at a medium level on the whole in China,and showed a relatively leading distribution pattern in the coast region of Bohai,while the eastern and southern coastal areas of China were relatively backward.The paper further divides the green development level of mariculture in 10 provinces and cities along the coast into 4 groups by cluster analysis.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different groups,countermeasures suitable to local conditions are proposed to promote the green development of mariculture in China.
