残疾人高等教育是推进健康中国战略、实现“中国梦”的重要力量。提高残疾人高等教育人才培养质量,是残疾人高等教育院校的核心任务。多年来,滨州医学院发挥医学院校组织属性,围绕残障大学生人才培养的核心要素,从学科专业布局、人才培养教学体系构建、教学保障支持、育人文化培育等方面进行探索,形成了服务国家战略、彰显医学院校优势、满足残障大学生需求的残障大学生人才培养体系。

Higher education for the disabled is an important force to promote the strategy of a Healthy Chinaand realize the Chinese Dream.It is the core task of the higher education colleges and universities for the disabled to improve the quality of the training of higher education personnel with disabilities.Over the years,around the core elements of cultivating the disabled collegetalents,Binzhou Medical University gives full play to the organizational attributes of medical colleges,explores the layout of disciplines,construction of teaching system for talent cultivation,teaching support and cultivation of education culture,and forms a talent cultivation system for disabled college students that serves the national strategy,highlights the advantages of medical colleges and meets the needs of disabled college students.
