摘要
日本江户时代中后期,德意志科学文化通过兰学中的医学和军事学技术的传播在日本逐渐为人所知,一方面,德语医学专著在日本兰医中的传习进一步加深了日本士人对文艺复兴以来的德意志医学的认知。另一方面,荷兰商馆雇佣的德意志医生利用在日工作的机会,广泛考察日本社会的风土人情并将其辑录成卷传往欧洲,为近代欧洲认识日本及日本学在欧洲研究的展开提供了丰富的第一手资料。江户中后期的日德学者之间的交流、日德文化之间的融合为幕末明治初期的日本近代化事业提供了必要的人才和技术支持,也为明治维新后的日本国家体制建设全面转向德国模式奠定了社会共识的基础。
It is probably considered that the German influence reached Japan in the middle and late Edo Period.With the importation of Dutch learning,the first cultural interaction between Edo Japan and the German region had been carried out as part of the benefits of Dutch Learning.At that time,the German doctors,through exchanging with Japanese doctors,popularized the accomplishments of western medicine that has been developed since the Renaissance.On the other hand,the Japanese who researched the Dutch technology to master western medicine should have studied the German language based on the Dutch.This paper intends to discuss the early process of the cultural interaction between Japan and Germany in the Edo Period to demonstrate and reveal the proactive one side of the Japanese-German Interaction for the modernization of Japan.
